accommodation deserves much more than the only star it has. the rooms and facilities in general are spacious and comfortable and staff are very friendly. location is very good as it is within walking distance of the centre, tapas area, town hall, etc. breakfast, although it did not have much variety was correct.
When we arrived to check in, it was after 2pm but the room was still not available so we had to leave the luggage in a room they had for that purpose and later move it back to the room. On the other hand, not as a criticism but to take it into account, it is a very complicated area to park, besides the central area of Granada is restricted to private traffic although we were told that hotel clients can access with the car and notify your registration to the city council so that no fine is charged.

I enjoyed my stay while exploring the local sights, especially how close it was to attractions like the Royal Chapel of Granada and Plaza Nueva, both just a short walk away. The room had multiple shower heads, and I appreciated having a larger space than what I expected from photos. I did notice some noise from neighboring rooms at night, which could be a bit disruptive. The location was perfect for being in the heart of Granada's vibrant atmosphere and close to various dining options.

Location, close to everything I wanted to see. room was very spacious and with beautiful views, I think the price must vary a lot depending on whether it is with views or not, in our case we liked to have them because we took advantage of the small terrace. bathroom is also quite large and clean had a jacuzzi tub that we do not use, I prefer normal showers but I understand that there are people who like more bathing.
The breakfast is only correct, the sausage was of medium quality, there was little variety of fruit and yoghurt just ambient, although there was a spectacular Santiago cake. The place is not easy to get there by car, and there is an agreement with a parking lot for 16.95 euros a day, we found another one a little cheaper (12 euros) but it only works on weekends so it depends on the case, in any case I think it is worth to be well informed about the most convenient solution since the one offered by the hotel is not in the same building either. I found them a bit slow at check in.

Great location to explore & experience Granada from. Very friendly, helpful staff.
Coffee could be better - self serve machine did not measure up against great coffee that could be had elsewhere. Consequently did not have breakfast at hotel.

Location on nice quiet Plaza Los Campos is a great escape from the noisy and busy Gran Via in Granada but it's only a few blocks walk away so you can still enjoy the restaurants and shopping. Rooms have a unique and appealing modern decor. The hotel is on the 4th floor of the building and has a nice snack room with an attached balcony for client use. We had a quad room with 4 twin beds and it was quite spacious and well appointed with a large modern bathroom. There is a grocery store in the ground floor of the building which was very convenient for purchasing drinks & snacks. The hotel has private parking a few blocks away for 10 euros/day which is a much better rate than the 15 euro/day rate the parking garage (Trex) in the same building charges. If you use the driving directions they send you which includes photos of the intersections you will have no problem finding the hotel.

Tasteful decor with a cozy and warm atmosphere.
The bathroom also had a persistent unpleasant smell, made it uncomfortable to use. The room's darkness and dated decor left a lot to be desired.

clean, comfortable, convenient
I stayed in a Double Room for 2 nights, and I was genuinely impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of my stay. The spacious room featured a decent shower and a cozy bed. The location was perfect, with access to the vibrant city life and all the historic sites just a short walk away.

The Hotel is very close to the City centre. The Staff are brilliant and very friendly and when we visit Granada we will definately stay there again. Sitting on the terrace in the late afternoon having a drink with the sun shining on you was lovely. The car park is very close to the Hotel and a reasonable price. The driving directions emailed to us were eccelent and easy to follow.
If the hotel served a full breakfast it would be a bonus, but there are plenty of restaurants close by that serve breakfast

I stayed at the hotel for five days and found the hotel to be an excellent base to explore the city of Granada. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I found it a very welcoming, relaxing and safe place to stay within five minutes of the city centre and all the restaurants and shops. I cannot recommend it enough! If you're looking for a good quality, low price hotel with a lovely view then go for Hotel Carlos V a real bargain!

The beautiful room was beautifully decorated with heavy antique furniture, giving it a charming historic vibe.
Unfortunately, the bathroom upon arrival was dirty and had ants in the bath, quite off-putting.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was modern, clean and a good size. Luxurious compared to others that we stayed at. The rooms themselves, were smallish for our 3 beds, but very clean, modern and comfy. I would definitely stay here again. It was a short walk to restaurants and the minibus. A supermarket was next door, which was very helpful.
Breakfast was not included and the coffee is from a dispensing machine. Wifi was unreliable in our room.
